These jerky strips are ground in-house, with single-sourced meat and organs. We also use lean meat such as beef, bison rounds and pork loin. All our jerky strips are incorporated with 90% meat and 10% organ that we make in small batches to ensure freshness. We do not use any chemical preservatives, additives, corn and soy. We smoke them low and slow to lock-in all the flavours. Our jerky strips are easily broken into pieces and are crumble free. Perfect for training!
